Recent data from Nielsen has once again confirmed the positive growth trajectory for organic food sales, which are now outperforming non-organic as cost-of-living concerns ease, with growth in the last year of 6.4% versus 5.4%. The data also showed that nearly 60% of shoppers are now regularly buying organic products, while 70% of shoppers confirmed they are willing to pay more for more sustainable grocery products.
