Leading wholefood wholesaler Suma and the People’s Supermarket are up for Co-operative Excellence Awards.
Suma is shortlisted for both the member engagement award and the healthy workplace award, sponsored by Simplyhealth while The People’s Supermarket, featured recently on Channel 4, is up for the award for best new co-operative enterprise.
Now in its third year, the Co-operative Excellence Awards recognise excellence, innovation and ethics of businesses and individuals across the diverse co-operative movement, helping to showcase the sector and give inspiration to others!
The winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Saturday 25 June at Co-operative Congress 2011.
