New to UK shelves comes new Revolupin Lupin Flakes, positioned as a high protein, high fibre superfood.

Coming from the same family as chickpeas and lentils, these legumes are described as having a delicious subtle flavour, making them great alternatives to glutinous grains like wheat, rye and barley, or high carb grains such as rice and quinoa.

With 40% protein, 37% dietary fibre, no gluten and only 4% carbohydrate, they also contain minerals, including potassium, magnesium and iron. Lupin Flakes have high levels of the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin, which are important for eye and brain health, as well as prebiotic fibres and essential amino acids.

Lupin Flakes can be added to crumbing, salads, cereals, burgers, patties, smoothies and dips as well as baked treats and cakes.
