The chef and food writer, Jay Morjaria, was one of the participants at the first Natural Products News Food Roundtable, which was held in Brighton in January.

In our short video interview with him, he talks about the opportunities – and challenges  – for the natural food sector, the current ideas in food and cooking that excite him most, and his recipe for improving health through good food.
