This year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair will return to Olympia London from Sunday 2 to Tuesday 4 September.
The event will feature over 700 producers and suppliers from around the world, encompassing all aspects of the sector, and visitors can benefit from a packed programme of inspiring trend-led features and live demonstrations.
Highlights include The Discovery Zone, which will host a raft of up-and-coming producers, and the Savour the Flavour and Food for Thought theatres where retailers can learn from food and drink professionals who will share their expert advice and tips.
Also on offer are the Speciality Chocolate Trail and the new Drinks Cabinet, which will introduce unique pairings designed to reflect the latest trends. In addition, The Great Taste Deli will give buyers the opportunity to be the first to source all 50 finalists of this year’s Great Taste Awards.
