Planet Organic has teamed up with alkaline food company Honestly Healthy to offer exciting new additions to its menu in June and July.
Honestly Healthy – the company making alkaline, vegetarian food more accessible to the masses in the UK – will be providing one dish per week in the Planet Organic cafe, available to eat in or to take away from Monday to Friday
The brainchild of organic chef Natasha Corrett (pictured), Honestly Healthy food purposely avoids acid-forming ingredients. Instead, the foods contain energy-boosting and alkalising ingredients to help balance the typically acidic Western diet. Dishes on offer in Planet Organic include Aubergine with Cashew Pesto, Red Rice and Beetroot Risotto and Jewelled Quinoa Salad.
Natasha Corrett commented: “To have our food available in Planet Organic is a truly exciting development for Honestly Healthy. Just like Planet Organic, or mission is to make healthy yet delicious food more accessible to people who want to look after their bodies and discover great food in the process.” Honestly Healthy meals are available now at Planet Organic in Devonshire Square, Muswell Hill, Islington and Westbourne Grove (excluding Torrington Place). The meals are priced at £3.99 (small), £5.99 (medium) and £6.99 (large).
