On Thursday 18 June , Oliver’s Wholefoods in Kew is holding a Summer Food Festival to offer ideas of what to eat this summer.

Taking place from 6-8pm, the event will cover ideas for breakfast – from smoothies (how to make them and why you should!) to granolas; super healthy lunches, think salads, raw turmeric and beetroot humous, ancient grain gluten-free crisps; and ‘divine dinners’.

Among the independent producers available at the event and offering tastings will be Foods of Athenry, The Living Food Kitchen, Sun & Seed, Chegworth Valley, Raw Bonbon and Coco Juice.

There will also be lots of treats to taste, including coconut ice cream, kefirs and biodynamic wines.
