Japanese food company Yutaka is launching a new range of healthy soya noodles in August, created in collaboration with TV chef and food writer Ching He-Huang.

The initial two varieties – Soybean Noodles and Edamame Soybean Noodles – are both made from organic soya beans. The gluten-free noodles are high in protein and fibre, low in sodium and free from additives.

The products will be available in 200g boxes.

He-Huang has been a regular guest on UK food shows including the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, as well as hosting her own ten-part series Ching: Amazing Asia for the Food Network UK.
