Windmill Organics has introduced a number of new products to its range of brands.

New to Profusion comes Sorghum, an ancient ‘wonder grain’ originally from Africa. The gluten-free grain is easier to digest than traditional wheat and is high in B vitamins, iron and antioxidants. It can be used in a range of sweet and savoury dishes.

Profusion has also transformed this trendy grain, using it to produce organic Sorghum Thins, offering the mild and nutty flavour of the grain with the goodness of crunchy hemp and chia seeds. The thins are perfect as a healthy snack and for dipping.

Also from Profusion is its Organic Living Granolas baked full of crunchy oats and lightly sweetened with date syrup. The offer comes in two varieties: Chia Coconut Cacao Nib combines wholegrain oats with tropical coconut, cacao nibs and chia seeds; and Chia Maca Goji is made with goji berries, chia seeds, cranberries and maca.

In addition, Biona has introduced an Organic Tomato Puree, a double concentrate puree with a rich authentic flavour and colour, made with organic Italian tomatoes.

Finally, Raw Health has launched three new additions to its Crispbread range, made with raw organic nuts, seeds, vegetables, grains and superfoods that are soaked and sprouted where possible. The new varieties are: Supergreen, with spirulina and baobab; Mighty Maca packed with maca and turmeric; and Ancient Grain, with quinoa and chia.
