Mindful Bites is a new snack brand which has launched to inspire consumers to rethink their ‘mindless’ eating habits.

Aiming to promote mindful eating as a sustainable solution to the obesity crisis, the brand offers a healthy range consisting of nut butters, crunchy bites and sachets of nut butter. The texture of all the products is designed to slow down eating and promote a greater awareness of every bite.

The Nut Butter Jars are made with high quality nuts blended with super foods, and are available in Brazil Nuts & Cacao Nibs Jar, Hazelnut & Berries Jar, Almond & Maca Jar and Cashew & Baobab Jar.

The Nut Butter Sachets are packed in easy, mess-free sachets, which include a little straw.  They are aimed at those looking for pre or post-workout boost, and come in Brazil Nuts & Cacao Nibs Sachet, Hazelnut & Berries Sachet, Almond & Maca Sachet and Cashew & Baobab Sachet.

And finally, Nut Butter Crunchy Bites combine the creaminess of the nut butters with crunchy gluten-free wafer to create what the brand calls a highly innovative on-the-go snack. They are available in Brazil Nuts & Cacao Crunchy Bites, Hazelnut & Berries Crunchy Bites, Almond & Maca Crunchy Bites and Cashew & Baobab Crunch Bites.

All Mindful Bites products are gluten-free, vegan, high in plant-based protein, fibre rich, made without palm oil and sugar-free.
