Meridian extends snack bar range

Meridian Foods has introduced two new varieties to its nut bar range: Peanut & Pumpkin and Peanut & Coconut.

Both new 40g bars feature Meridian’s Peanut Butter and contain 6-8g of protein. They are dairy-, soya-, gluten- and palm oil-free and are suitable for vegans.

Commenting on the new additions, Meridian Foods’ head of sales Darren Robinson said: “The trend towards living a healthier lifestyle remains one of the strongest motives when making food choices this decade. Our products are enjoyed for their health and wellbeing attributes and we believe it’s the protein-packed, natural goodness found in our bars that make them a hit for refuelling after exercise and eating on the go.”
