This year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair takes place from 4-6 September at Olympia in London.

The three-day event will see over 850 producers from the UK and around the world showcasing their products and will include the Small Producer’s Village, a dedicated area for launch and start-up companies.

A new addition for this year is the New Innovation and Pitching Zone delivered by Grocery Accelerator. This aims to celebrate and showcase the next generation of innovation in food and drink products.

There will also be a Pitching Zone, which will focus on trade buyers, with each pitching session split into eight specific product categories.

“Each year, chefs, shop-owners and food and drink buyers flock through the doors of Speciality & Fine Food Fair,” said Soraya Gadelrab, exhibition director. “This year, we have a plethora of exciting new products and suppliers – including those in the Innovation Zone and on the Pitching Stage – ideal for those looking to discover the next big thing in the fine food and drink sector.”
