The organic industry was given a big stage at last week’s Biofach Exhibition and Congress – both literally and in terms of the high profile platform its topline speakers gave to the occasion.
Highlights included an intimate ‘hotel lobby talk’ – in which ministers and industry luminaries imagined a conversation they might have with the new EU agriculture commissioner, Phil Hogan – and the two music acts which bookended this year’s spectacular opening event.
