Food and drink companies looking for investment to take their businesses to the next level are being invited to a free consultation and seminar at this month’s Natural & Organic Europe Products Europe show at Olympia.

The ‘breakfast event’ – taking place on Monday 14th April at 8.30-9.15 – is being staged by Granary Investment Partners, set up specifically to invest in and work with food and drink entrepreneurs with promising early-stage businesses.

Granary was founded by Paul Simmonds – who built up Glisten Group PLC from a £12m to £240 business before selling to Raisio – and corporate finance advisor, Mark Lister. The pair are joined by a number of experienced investors in supermarket retailing, food manufacturing and the sustainable and health food sectors – among them, Angela, Megson, Simon Wright, Richard Garrett and Rob Davies.

The special introductory session at Olympia will be hosted by Paul Simmonds and offers the opportunity to have one-to-one sessions with Granary advisors after the main session.

Commenting on the event, Natural & Organic Products Europe event director, Carol Dunning, said: “This is a great example of the way we are working with recognised industry experts to provide practical, real-world help to our exhibitors, particularly those at the earlier stages of their business journey.”

• The session takes place in the London Room at 8.30-9.15 on Monday 14th April. It is free to attend but one-to-one sessions need to be booked in advance. To reserve your one-to-one place please email [email protected]
