The Soil Association (SA) has issued a final call for participation in its Organic Market Report survey, and it’s aiming for its ‘biggest response to date’.

The Organic Market Report – due to be released in February 2023 – provides a detailed overview of the organic sector, and in order to provide this the SA needs input from a cross-section of stakeholders in organic via its online survey.

“We get accurate food and drink sales data from NielsenIQ’s supermarket tracking. However, your input is also extremely important so that we can report on a more complete view of the organic market, and all channels through which organic is sold,” says the SA.

“The more responses we get from you, the more robust and insightful stats we can share in the final report, which we hope will ultimately help you build your business.”

We are hoping to get a record number of responses

Giulia Cerundolo, senior marketing manager, Soil Association Certification, comments: “During a year of more unprecedented economic pressure on organic businesses but yet a rapidly growing desire from consumers to be making sustainable choices, we are hoping to get a record number of responses to our Organic Market Report survey to help build a comprehensive picture of the organic market.”

The deadline for participating is Friday 18 November. Complete the 2023 Organic Market Report survey here.
