Yee Kwan introduces cool new flavours of Asia

Yee Kwan is extending her range of exotic ice creams and sorbets with the launch of two new flavours into Wholefoods Market.

Chocolate Miso is described as a luxuriously smooth chocolate ice cream in which the addition of miso creates a “moreish Umami flavour that’s impossible to resist”.

The other new variety is Yuzu. A relatively new fruit to the UK, yuzu is a citrus fruit native to Japan with a taste that closely resembles grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange. It contains three times more vitamin C than a lemon.

Other flavours from Yee Kwan’s range include Matcha Green Tea, Lychee and Black Sesame Seed.
