Windmill Organics has announced the introduction of a raft of new additions to its offer.
The new Profusion organic activated sprouted raw spreads are available in Sprouted Almond Butter, Sprouted Cashew Butter, Sprouted Hemp Butter and Sprouted Sesame Tahini. The ingredients in the spreads have been activated and sprouted to release the nutrients and vitamins and make them easier to digest.
Biona has also introduced Biona Apple Juice Concentrate, a light, mild alternative sweetener made from 100% apple juice in a convenient squeezy bottle, as well as offering Biona Rapadura Whole Cane Sugar in a new smaller 250g size.
In the savoury sector comes Amisa Gluten Free Harissa Falafel Mix, a twist on the classic falafel mix, a spicy Middle Eastern treat with chilli and coriander.
And last but not least, Biona Beluga Lentils have joined the brand’s tinned lentil range. The black lentils have a firm texture and can be used in salads, soups and stews for added protein and fibre.
