To cater for the unique nutritional requirements of women, Viridian Nutrition has launched a range of supplements to cater for these needs.

Formulated using ingredients including saffron, maca, myo-inositol, green coffee bean, d-mannose, cranberry, pomegranate, hibiscus and resveratrol, the offer covers a range of health concerns such as PMS, fertility, pregnancy, urinary health, menopause and low thyroid.

The nine-strong offer encompasses new products such as Synbiotic Daily Plus Cranberry Veg Caps, Magnesium B6 & Saffron Veg Caps, Cranberry Mannose pH Powder and Myo Inositol & Folic Acid Powder, as well as the brand’s existing female-focused supplements such as Essential Female Multi Veg Caps and Woman 40+ Veg Caps.

To complement the range Viridian has produced a free 12-page Women’s Heath booklet.

Viridian chose to work with artist Marie Fox to have her represent ‘woman’ for the brand’s Women’s Health information campaign. “We didn’t want to choose a library photo, as most women do not fit the stereotypical female pictured in most of these off-the-peg, somewhat cheesy images,” explained Cheryl Thallon, Viridian Nutrition founder and MD. “We chose this painting as it depicts a real woman, who appears confident and relaxed in her body and environment.”
