Artisanal condiment brand Tracklements has announced an extension of its core range with three new Charcuteriments to take advantage of the popularity of charcuterie and sharing boards.

Handmade in small batches in Wiltshire then new range offers an assortment of pickles and relishes in mini Le Parfait jars. Pickled Onion Charcuteriment is described as a well-rounded, subtly spiced relish made with crunchy pickled onions, a dash of chilli and a soupçon of mustard; Hot Garlic Charcuteriment is a potent pickle containing crunchy morsels of pickled garlic, brightened with ginger, sultanas, tomatoes and a dash of hot chilli; the third variety is Mixed Pickle Charcuteriment, a sharp, salty pickle with gherkin, onion and capers.

“With the rise in popularity of the charcuterie boards we wanted to offer our consumers a new way of enjoying Tracklements,” said Guy Tullberg, MD of Tracklements. “We take the time to create extraordinary condiments to compliment an array of dishes and feel that the Charcuteriments range will bring to life all manner of sharing platters and foodie spreads.”
