Tideford Organics has teamed up with renowned chefs Aldo Zilli, Mark Hix and Mitch Tonks to create a celebrity chefs soup range.

The gluten-free offer, which will launch during the Soil Association’s Organic September, includes Mitch Tonks’ Smoked Haddock Chowder with Organic Leeks and Peas, Mark Hix’s Celeriac and Apple soup and Aldo Zilli’s Tuscan Bean soup.

Commenting on the launch, Lynette Sinclair, the company’s MD, said: “We feel very privileged at Tideford Organics to be working with three such highly acclaimed chefs.

“The soups in the new range have been produced by our dedicated team to Aldo’s, Mark’s and Mitch’s signature recipes and showcase the very best of locally-sourced and organic ingredients.  The final products really speak for themselves and we’re looking forward to seeing them on the shelves.”

The company is also launching its new autumn and winter range of low-fat, low-salt, sugar- and gluten-free recipes. Made using superfood ingredients, varieties include Winter Beetroot Soup with Curly Kale, Sweet Potato Soup with Chia Seed and Quinoa and Red Lentil Soup with Apricots and Crushed Chillies.

To mark the launch Tideford is donating 10p from every pot of Sweet Potato Soup with Chia Seed & Quinoa sold to the RSPB.
