The Coconut Collaborative has launched what it says is the world’s first Coconut & Almond Milk Yoghurt, aiming to capitalize on the growing demand for healthy and free-from foods.

The yoghurt blends 50% coconut milk, 25% almond milk and 25% coconut water, resulting in a creamy textured product but with a lower calorie content than other coconut yoghurts, at just 162kcal per 120g pot.

“We launched this new variant as we noticed a growing appetite for almond milk with free-from and health-conscious consumers,” explained company co-founder James Averdieck. “Not only is this new variant dairy-free but it also harnesses the dual nutritional benefits of both coconut and almond milk, whilst delivering exceptionally on taste and texture.”

This new variant takes the brand’s coconut yoghurt offer to five, along with Natural, Blueberry, Mango & Passionfruit and Raspberry.
