Australia’s first premium carob milk bar range The Carob Kitchen has launched in the UK.

The all-natural bars are made from organically grown Australian carob and real cocoa butter. They have no added sugar and are free from caffeine, theobromine, gluten and palm kernel oil.

The new range includes 80g blocks packed in hand drawn interpretations of carob leaves and beans in two varieties: Milk and Mint & Almond. The blocks are presented in specially designed counter top dispensers.

Also available is a 15g individually wrapped bear – Banjo, The Carob Bear – designed as a no-added sugar treat for children, available in Milk and Mint.

The Carob Kitchen is a pioneer in the growing and crafting of Australian carob. The small 17-year-old orchard is based in Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia and has about 3,500 carob trees.
