Summer soups from Tideford

New for summer comes Tideford Organics range of seasonal soups, designed to be delicious served either hot or cold and to complement the Devonshire company’s range of gluten-free, low-fat and low-salt organic products.

Available in 600g pots, the new additions are Pea & Mint, a zingy soup described as ‘summer wrapped in a bowl; Beetroot with Crème Fraîche & Dill, a vibrant soup packed with goodness; and Classic Gazpacho, made with organic Italian tomatoes and a splash of sherry vinegar.

Lynette Sinclair, MD of Tideford Organics, commented: “Our soups are increasingly popular and we’re seeing more and more interest across the country in products made in a home cooked way. Organic sales are also on the up, as is the demand for gluten-free.

“As well as being summery and delicious, these soups make a great alternative for those who lead busy lives and are looking for a healthy, convenient option which contains only the best ingredients.”
