A new range of skincare has been launched by Spa Technologies UK, blending natural active ingredients with a 70% seaweed base that aim to prevent the acceleration of photo-ageing and environmental stress.

The range consists of 17 products and three kits, including Marine Serum; Oxygenated Correcting Pigmentation Skin Brightening Booster; Flower Peel; Laminaria Oil; Firming Booster Kit; Night Repair Cream; Luminous Eye Serum; and Revitalizing Skin Cleanser.

The food-grade seaweed base is rich in magnesium, potassium and phosphorous, the building blocks of collagen.

Ingredients used within the range include organic botanical and essential oils; the antioxidants astaxanthin, polyphenols and carotenoids; minerals and trace elements designed to boost collaged; omega-7 and omega-3 essential fatty acids; organic marine algae to help repair and build collagen and restore tone and elasticity; Irish moss and red algae to moisture and provide anti-inflammatory benefits.

The products use advanced transdermal delivery systems of liquid oxygen and time-released liposomes.

The harvesting of the seaweed used in the products is sustainable and consistent with ecological concerns. The seaweed is wild-crafted and cold-pressure processed.
