Roots & Wings launches trio of brittles

Following a mission to create a range of the finest organic savoury flatbreads, Roots & Wings has introduced its new and improved Multiseed Brittles.

Available in three flavours – Multiseed with Mixed Herbs, Multiseed with Cheddar Cheese, and Multiseed with Cheddar & Cracked Black Pepper – the new recipe flatbreads are produced in the UK by a small team of skilled master bakers.

They are made using West Country Mature Cheddar combined with organic wheat flour, sea salt and sprinkled with pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed, millet and poppy seeds.
