Rhug Estate organic farm in Corwen, Denbighshire, has added an Organic Gluten-Free Traditional Sausage to it range of organic meat products.

Seasoned with cracked black pepper, ginger, sage, nutmeg, thyme, cayenne and rosemary, the sausages are hand made by the farm’s master butcher.

Commenting on the new product, Lord Newborough, said: “We launched our own branded ‘Rhug’ organic gluten-free sausages not only in response to our customer feedback but also because an increasing number of consumers are turning to gluten-free products to enhance their health and wellbeing. I believe the demand for gluten-free products is changing from being medically driven to more of a lifestyle change and we as producers and retailers need to be embracing these changes in demands and react to them.
