A recent study suggests that pomegranate juice may help reduce blood pressure.

Researchers behind the findings, published in Plant Foods for Human Nutrition, found that 51 healthy adults showed a fall in blood pressure after drinking pomegranate juice for a month.

Fifty-one adults, aged between 30 and 50, were asked to drink 330ml of pomegranate juice every day.
