The PHB Ethical Beauty brand – which claims to be the largest collection of natural, vegan and halal-certified beauty products available worldwide – has ventured into the high street following its launch in Holland & Barrett stores.

Founder Rose Brown opened PHB’s first store on her 20th birthday just over four years ago. “I wouldn’t have believed if someone told me that in just four years we would become the world’s youngest franchisors, opened seven stores in five countries and launched with a nationwide retailer. We are on an ethical beauty revolution!”

Lucy Pottinger, senior category manager at Holland & Barrett, said: “It’s really exciting to be launching a selection of skincare products from a pioneering British brand like PHB Ethical Beauty. Their extensive, award-winning offering and eco-credentials sit well with our retail positioning: as a destination for the latest, more natural beauty solutions.”

Brown puts the success of the range down to their eco-credentials. “Our stringent certifications, affordable pricing and focus on providing natural and organic yet highly effective beauty products has meant that our range is proving very popular, particularly as people are becoming more discerning about what they use on their skin.”
