Nature’s Path has teamed up with the leading magazine for aspiring female authors, Mslexia, to sponsor a series of ‘flash fiction’ competitions.

The competitions are running until August and the winners will each receive £350 and a hamper of Nature’s Path goodies.

Ian Hills, Nature’s Path spokesperson, said: “Although our creative spirit manifests itself in the kitchen, we applaud innovation and artistry wherever it might flourish. Naturally we appreciate that in today’s busy, rush-around world, few people really get the chance to convert their barnstorming, ‘back-of-the brain’ idea into the next ‘must buy’ blockbuster, however the joy of this pocket-sized writing format (100 words max) means that now everyone has a stage to provide a small glimpse of their future literary prowess.”
