MULU seeks real women

MULU Organic Raw Chocolate is challenging the way women are portrayed in the media by launching a search to find a group of real women to feature in their new marketing campaign.

After being uninspired and frustrated by how chocolate is usually advertised – using over-sexualized, improbably glamorous, slim young women lounging about nibbling on a chunk of the good stuff  – founders Kaycee and Ben Fordham have committed to find women of all ages, races, sizes and shapes to feature in their marketing through a Facebook and Twitter (@mulurawchocolate) campaign.

MULU says that it wants to show the beauty inside and outside of us all and debunk the myth that only airbrushed models can successfully promote sale of chocolate.

To nominate yourself or any female friend or relative, contact [email protected] or visit Facebook (MULU Raw Chocolate).
