New from MightyBee comes a first to the UK market in the form of fresh frozen, unpasteurized Virgin Coconut Meat.

The certified organic coconut meat is hand-scooped from young green nam hom coconuts and travels from tree to bag in 24 hours.

Coconut meat, which the company predicts will be this year’s new superfood, is said to have a unique texture and subtle flavour and is extremely versatile in its use – from smoothies, soups, curries, salads to cocktails, baked goods, ice cream and baby food.

MightyBee uses nam hom coconuts from Ratchaburi, Thailand, and ensures that their coconut products come exclusively from 100% sustainable farming practices. Certified by the Soil Association, the company is an advocate of fair trade.
