All-natural dressings and condiments company Lucy’s Dressings has launched a new ‘slim’ range of dressings which aim to lighten up the category.

Suitable for use as a marinade or dressing salads, the offer comprises Light Asian, Light French and Light Raspberry, and was developed to meet the demand for great-tasting but lower calorie options.

Lucy’s uses fruit such as limes, lemons and raspberries, rice wine and white wine vinegars, and sprinklings such as ginger, chilli, cracked black pepper, to create a taste which is in no way compromised by a lack of oil or processed sugars.

“Just because you are looking after your waistline or your health should not mean that everything you eat should be bland or full of sugar,” says company founder Lucy Mackenzie commenting on the launch. “I am delighted with the way that the Slim range has turned out – it’s tasty, moreish, and the sort of product you are proud to have in the fridge!”
