James Cadbury-owned chocolate company Love Cocoa has created a new range of premium organic truffles.

The range is available in: Salted Caramel, Raspberry Champagne and Pink Gin.

The Salted Caramel truffles are described gooey, rich caramel coated in milk chocolate, dusted in cocoa powder. The Raspberry Champagne flavour is made of a Marc de Champagne infused raspberry puree, sealed in a white chocolate shell and adorned with raspberry pieces. And finally, the Pink Gin truffles are filled with gin-infused white chocolate ganache and encased in a white chocolate shell.

As well as being designed to stand out on the shelf, the Love Cocoa truffle tube packaging is fully compostable, biodegradable and plastic-free.

Love Cocoa has also partnered with the Rainforest Foundation and is donating 10 % of profits to help combat problems of deforestation, cocoa farmer poverty and human rights abuses.
