Natural pet food producer Lily’s Kitchen has been presented with the 2015 Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Award, an annual five-star accreditation recognizing excellence in customer service.

Feefo is an independent tool that enables customers to rate and review businesses, scoring them on customer service and products. In the past year, Lily’s Kitchen achieved an average score of 99% in both areas from over 5,000 individual customer ratings.

The brand was also recently awarded a PATS Highly Commended Dog Product for its Recovery Recipe which launched in January.

This month Lily’s Kitchen has also introduced a limited edition Picnic in the Park recipe for dogs to enjoy this summer, packed with nutritious ingredients including chicken, Italian ham, sugar snap peas, carrot sticks, orchard apples and spinach.

To launch the product, the Lily’s Kitchen team will be sampling at a selection of parks and open spaces throughout London in May and June, handing out batches of the recipe to drive trial and awareness.

“The quintessential British picnic is akin to the perfect summer day out,” commented company founder Henrietta Morrison, “so we wanted to create a tempting recipe that allows your dog to join in the fun too while also providing a nutritious recipe that feeds their overall health. We are really excited to be launching a product that will allow pet owners to embrace our most loved summer tradition.”
