Fairtrade nut company Liberation Foods has launched three new ‘smart snacking’ mixes to bring innovation to the category.

Up & At ‘Em: Nuts, Seeds and Goji Berries is a rich source of iron and vitamin A; Give Me Strength: A Cocktail of Nuts provides protein and magnesium; and Get Up & Glow: Nuts, Pear, Dark Chocolate & Ginger is packed with vitamin B1 and manganese.

“We are delighted to launch this new range of products which is designed to extol the wondrous health virtues of nuts,” said Kate Gaskell, MD of Liberation Food. “We are aiming to offer customers the ultimate in modern snacking – delicious, healthy, ethical and a little bit entertaining. We have loved designing the products and the packaging and really hope that they hit the spot with today’s discerning consumers.”

Liberation’s nuts are sourced from the co-ops of small-scale growers and farmers who own a 44% share of the company.
