New from inSpiral comes its next generation of kale chips, kale-Os – described as a snack with a halo.

Winner of Best New Organic Food Product at The Natural and Organic Awards 2015, the company designed the snacks as the ultimate healthy alternative to deep-fried potato chips.

Light and crispy, they come in three varieties: Sweet Chilli & Mint, described as a complex fusion of sweetness from coconut palm sugar and fragrant notes of fresh mint with a pinch of Cayenne Chilli and a twist of lime; Tomato & Basil Pizza, a combination of sun-kissed tomato, de-activated nutritional yeas and home-made basil-infused organic extra virgin olive oil; and Celtic Sea Salt & Lime, with the zingy zestiness of organic lime, a mild touch of nutritional yeast and Celtic sea sale, unrefined and high in minerals.
