inSpiral has launched a limited edition organic, Raw Christmas Cake dessert.
The Christmas Cake has a dense, spiced, raw fruitcake base, a smooth raw almond marzipan layer and a coconut and vanilla cream frosting.
The vegan-friendly gluten-free treat can be eaten straight from the pot.
The ingredients include dates, cashews, sultanas, sprouted buckwheat flour, cold-pressed coconut butter, almonds, goji berries, currants, apples, sultanas, coconut palm sugar, apricots, raw cacao butter, raw coconut cream, mixed spice and baobab.
