Gluten-free bakery Honeybuns is adding to its New Generation line of cakes with its Oaty Coconut Bar and Oaty Apricot Bar, which join the existing Squillionaire and Fruity Nut bars.
Oaty Coconut Bar is a moist, slow-baked flapjack made with virgin coconut oil with a rich flavour of coconut and caramel. Oaty Apricot Bar is made with fresh apricot puree and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. Both are sweetened with date syrup and light muscovado sugar, and are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.
The new cakes are available in individually wrapped 56g bars as well as 950g tray bakes and are the first in the range to feature the brand’s new packaging which has been revamped with a fresh, clean look.
“We have lots of exciting and innovative recipe ideas that we are testing in our new product development kitchen, and plans are to grow the New Generation range even more in the next couple of years,” says Honeybuns founder and owner Emma Goss-Custard.
