The Health Food Manufacturers’ Association (HFMA) continues to grow its membership, adding 22 new members in 2010. The additions take the number of members to over 130.

New members include leading foods analysis business Reading Scientific Services Limited (RSSL), US health food company Now Foods, global health and wellness specialist Menthotatum and  Netherlands based supplements business Bonusan.

Graham Keen, HFMA executive director said: “We are delighted to welcome such a wide variety of new members to the HFMA. We believe that a key step in safeguarding our industry’s future is to unite the industry and make sure that everyone is aware of the issues we face and how we can tackle them together. This is particularly needed right now as we are faced with an unprecedented regulatory onslaught from Brussels.”
