G&G Vitamins has secured Soil Association organic certification for the 14th year in succession. The company’s high standard of organic production was acknowledged during its latest audit by the organic body.

G&G was the first contract manufacturer of supplements to gain organic status from the Soil Association in 1999 for its contract manufacturing plant and the first to launch an organic herb range in 1999/ 2000.

G&G’s organic production of its brand and ‘own label’ products has tripled in 2013, and with the delivery and use of the new Swiftpack machine recently delivered is expected to continue to grow and expand in the future.

“We are very proud of our organic certification and the fact that we can offer this option to our customers,” said Matthias Bournot, G&G’s quality assurance manager. “Tripling our production in the last year shows a growth in demand for organic products, which we are well able to fulfil; it’s all good news.’”
