In what it claims to be a ‘first to market’ launch, Eat Natural has introduced three new bars with benefits, each containing naturally high levels of either protein, fibre or omegas.

Extra Protein with Maple Syrup, Pecans and Peanuts contains 40% more protein than a standard Eat Natural Brazil & Sultana bar. It’s packed with over 70% nuts and seeds – a mix of peanuts, pecan nuts, golden linseeds and sunflower seeds – drenched with Canadian maple syrup and baked lightly for a mellow, rich taste and crunch.

Each bar of High in Fibre with Apple, Ginger and Dark Chocolate contains 3.5g of fibre. Shredded toasted coconut, sweet sun-dried apricots, dried cranberries, creamy cashew nuts, golden linseeds and dried pink apple are combined with honey, dark chocolate and warm spicy ground ginger.

High in Omega-3 with Dark Chocolate Chunks, Peanuts and Seeds contains 1.6g of alpha-linolenic acid per 100g with over 50% nuts and seeds – almonds, sunflower, golden linseeds, chia seeds and peanuts combined with dried apricots, rich dates, dark chocolate and honey.

Eat Natural’s Harriet Gregory comments: “These bars are a fun, lively, delicious way to increase these essential health benefits in your diets. The increase in protein, fibre or omegas is completely natural, and whilst we all know these things are good for us it’s hard to find the time to make sure your diet is full of them.  So we’ve made it easy for you.”
