September sees Doisy & Dam extend its handmade organic chocolate range with five new varieties of white and milk chocolate as well as white and dark chocolate gift sets, ready for the Christmas market.

Four of the new varieties use organic Dominican 39% milk chocolate: the Date & Himalayan Pink Salt bar combines this with Deglet Noir dates and Himalayan pink salt; Roasted Cacao Nibs is packed with lightly roasted Peruvian Criollo nibs; Quinoa, Smoked Tea & Vanilla contains soaked Bolivian popped quinoa in a secret smoky infusion; and Coffee & Sprouted Buckwheat combines fair trade Mexican Arabica coffee beans with crunchy sprouted buckwheat for a pick-me-up experience.

The white chocolate offer is a Lemon, Poppy Seed & Baobab bar – Doisy & Dam’s take on the classic combo, with the added zing of fruity South African baobab.

The Dark Collection and The Light Collection gift sets have been designed to showcase the 40g bars and will be introduced in time for Christmas.
