Creative Nature has introduced two new organic superfood baking mixes suitable for vegans and those with food allergies.
The mixes only need two main ingredients added in order, says the company, to take the stress out of baking with allergies, and each pack contains a vegan recipes with extra suggestions for more adventurous bakers.
Chia Seed & Mulberry Muffin Mix uses pea protein as well as chia for a protein boost along with mulberries; and Cacao & Chia Brownie Mix combines organic cacao powder, chia seeds and dairy-free chocolate chips.
Both mixes are free from gluten, dairy, wheat, nuts, soya and refined sugars and just require the addition of eggs or milled chia seeds and butter or dairy-free spread.

The new mixes join Creative Nature’s recently launched superfood snack bars – Goji Goodness, Ginger Teatox, Raw Cacao and Peanut Protein – which are all free from gluten, dairy, wheat and soya.
