Booja-Booja is introducing a new innovative dairy-free ice cream range this September to replace its existing offer.
The ice creams, created using just a handful of simple organic ingredients, have a base of creamy cashew nuts and are sweetened with agave syrup or coconut flower nectar. They are made raw where possible and are gluten- and soya-free, with, says the brand, at least 70% less saturated fat than the leading dairy ice cream.
The offer comprises six flavours – Raspberry Ripple; Chocolate Salted Caramel; Caramel Pecan Praline; Hazelnut Chocolate Truffle; Hunky Punky Chocolate; and Keep Smiling Vanilla M’Gorilla – packaged in pots with ‘enchanting and intricate’ new designs.
Booja-Booja MD David Abbott commented on the launch: We’re absolutely thrilled to be launching our new dairy free ice cream range in September. It’s been many months in the making and comes as a result of much hard work by the entire team. The rapidly growing number of consumers who value healthy happy living and who are looking for simple, wholesome deliciousness are sure to welcome the new ice creams with open arms. Traditionally ice cream is saved for the summer months but we believe something so dreamy and delicious should be enjoyed year round. We hope that many stockists will choose to liven up their freezers for the festive season with our beautiful tubs.”
