Bio-Health has secured a Traditional Herbal Registration for its Natural Herbal Laxative product.

The previously licensed product has been on the market for over 30 years as an effective herbal remedy for short term constipation and bloating. It was transferred to the THR scheme earlier this year.

As required by the THR scheme, Natural Herbal Laxative contains updated consumer information which Bio-Health says will give health professionals and retailers an even better understanding of how to recommend Cassilax as a gentle, natural nostrum for best effectiveness. Ingredients are senna leaf, cascara bark, cape aloes and dandelion root allowing the MHRA-approved claim:“A traditional herbal product used for short term relief of occasional constipation and bloating, based on traditional use”. Pots of 60 tablets have an RSP of £7.40
