Natural and organic brand distributor Beauterama Trading has been chosen by two UK natural skincare brands, Shea Mooti and Fikkerts, to help them expand into the Asian market.
Shea Mooti produces skincare products for mothers and babies using shea butter as the main ingredient. Violet Reid, founder of the company, said: “We are very excited to be making our debut on the Asian market after partnering with Beautarama.”
Yorkshire-based Fikkerts is a family-owned beauty and skincare company which uses the finest English ingredients, including essential oils and herbal extracts. Its range includes Archive Botanicals which it developed under licence on behalf of Kew Royal Botanical Gardens.
Richard Fikkert, MD of Fikkerts, commented on the link-up with Beauterama: “We share a common view about the huge potential for our products throughout Asia … we realise the importance of working with a company that fully understands the market.”
Beauterama’s general manager, Kevin Liu, added: “We believe both brands have very exciting opportunities in Asia.”
Beauterama represents 20 brands sourced in 12 countries; its portfolio includes Maison Belle, Price’s Candles and Childs Farm.
