New for autumn, natural food brand The Bay Tree has produced a category of fruit preserves, named Marmajam.
The two new 200g Marmajams come in Blueberry & Lemon and Strawberry & Orange varieties and combine the sweetness of summer fruits with a citrusy edge.
“As a producer you strive to generate interesting products that people find intriguing,” says company founder Emma MacDonald. “Inspiration can come from the most unlikely places and sometimes you just have to trust your instincts about what will and won’t work. At The Bay Tree our mission is to make the ordinary, extraordinary and that means helping people discover new ways of serving and eating preserves.”
The Bay Tree is also introducing an array of new products including Fig, Rum and Vanilla Extra Jams, Jumbleberry Jam, Three Fruit Marmalade, a Vintage Cut Marmalade, Awesome Aubergine Pickle and an aromatic Red Onion Marmalade.
