The Dog Treat Co (DTC) has introduced Bark The Herald treats, described as a deliciously decadent seasonal dog treat with all the Christmas trimmings.

The brand’s free-range chicken liver treat has been enhanced with all the essential Christmas trimmings, including cinnamon, a light sprinkling of sage, a smattering of cranberries and a splash of coconut oil.

“We wanted to create a signature treat with strong ties to this most popular of family get-togethers, but based our recipe on ingredients with beneficial properties rather than seasonal sentiment,” explained the DTC’s founder Joe Halliwell. “Cranberries support the bladder and boost the immune system, cinnamon is a well-respected anti-inflammatory whilst sage supports your dog’s digestion.”

The special Christmas recipe is available in pouches and tins.
