Taking advantage of the increased interest in fermented food and drink, The Collective dairy has launched a range of Kefir in three flavours:  Natural, Mango ‘n’ Turmeric and Coconut ‘n’ Honey.

Available in 500ml bottles, The Collective’s Kefir boasts 13 different culture strains which result in 60 billion live cultures in each serving.

Naturally high in essential vitamins and minerals including vitamin B2 and B12, calcium and protein, the Kefir is described as having a hint of effervescence, and can be used as a snack, breakfast or accompaniment to a smoothie, or as milk replacement poured over granola.

The Collective’s kefir is made with British milk and is low in sugar – with sugars coming from fruit and milk and a dash of honey in the coconut flavour. Like all The Collective dairy goods, it’s vegetarian and gluten-free.

The Collective has partnered with Jeannette Hyde, author of The Gut Makeover to help educate people around the importance of gut health.
