Hampshire based natural and vegan deodorant company Salt of the Earth has moved to a bigger and better location.
The move comes after a phenomenal 40% year-on-year growth last mean, meaning the current premises just couldn’t contain their deodorants any longer. The company has relocated to a bigger space in the Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate.
Thomas Laird, MD of Salt of the Earth, says: “This move marks the fourth in the past decade, and each step has been a testament to our incredible journey and growth. When I first joined my mum to help with Salt of the Earth in 2006, we started out from the humble beginnings of our home. Our first real space was a modest 1700 sq ft unit. Fast forward to today, and we’re thrilled to announce that our new warehouse is a sprawling 16,000 sq ft!”
“We had to move, because we’ve outgrown our current space. Thanks to our customers’ continued support and our expanding range of natural deodorants, we needed a new home to accommodate our manufacturing, distribution, and office operations – all under one roof. This new space not only allows us to keep up with demand but also to continue innovating and improving our products.”
“It’s amazing to reflect on how far we’ve come, ” Laird continues. “From the early days of mixing and pouring deodorants at home, to moving into our first tiny unit, and now to a state-of-the-art facility that represents our dedication and passion for natural, eco-friendly products. Each move has been a big step forward.”
“With this new space, we’re set to bring you even more amazing products, continue our sustainability efforts, and keep pushing the boundaries of what natural deodorants can be. We’re committed to providing our customers with the best, and this move is a significant part of that commitment.”
Salt of the Earth has been producing natural and vegan deodorants since 1993, and has become one of the leading brands in this space. The brand is available from Holland & Barrett, Boots, Ocado.com and from many independent retailers.
